For every person you refer who goes on to book a class with me, you will receive one free class credit.

You will receive a free single credit for either an online or in-person class according to the class type which your friend has booked.

To claim a referral credit all you need to do is email emma@roottorise.co.uk with the name of the person you have referred, and the date of referral.   Your online account will be credited once that person makes a booking.

There is no limit to the number of credits available!

To purchase a gift card, please send an email to emma@roottorise.co.uk which includes the following information:

• Which Class Pass (1, 4 or 8 Classes), membership, workshop or private session you would like to buy.
• The full name of the person you are buying for.
• The postal address that you would like the Gift Card sent to.

I will reply to confirm the amount, and send my bank details for the payment.

Once I have received the payment, I will post your Gift Card. Delivery is free for UK addresses, but international deliveries will be considered on a case by case basis.

Once the Gift Card is received, the recipient will simply have to email me with their name and Gift Card reference number, and I will activate their account accordingly.   They will then be free to book classes as they choose.

I have introduced this scheme to thank all of you for continuing to support my classes.   For every hour that you practice with me*, you will earn a Reward Point.   Over time, you can accumulate your points until you have earned enough to claim a reward.

With 15 Reward Points you can choose one of the following:

• 2 Free 60 Minute Online Classes
• 3 Free 30 Minute Online Classes
• A credit of £15 to put towards a private Online Class (full price is £30).

With 30 Reward Points you can choose one of the following:

• 4 Free 60 Minute Online Classes
• 6 Free 30 Minute Online Classes
• 1 Free private Online Class

With 50 Reward Points you can choose one of the following:

• 8 Free 60 Minute Online Classes
• 12 Free 30 Minute Online Classes
• A credit of £50 to put towards private Online Classes
• (1 Free in-person class when restrictions allow)

Rewards may change slightly when restrictions are lifted to include in-person classes too.

*This only relates to hours of practice paid for by the individual, rather than hours funded by a company or club.

I am taking the start of January 2021 as the starting point for this scheme, and will add up hours of practice beginning from here.   When you have reached one of the trigger points, I will send an email to remind you of the reward options available to you.  All you need to do is to reply to my email letting me know your choice.   Your points will continue to grow until you reach 50 points.   Then they will start again.

• Log-in to your ClassFit account, or sign-up for free.
• Choose your class and use your credits or a one-off payment to book your place.
• You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link for the class upon booking (please check your junk mail if it hasn’t arrived).
• You're all set – please keep this email safe until your class!
• Please join the Zoom call 5 minutes before the class start time ready to start practising.
• Ensure your volume is turned on and up.
• I encourage you to leave your camera on so that I can guide you through the poses more specifically, but feel free to turn it off if you prefer.
• I will mute you during class but please unmute yourself when we're done to say hello!
