Yoga has the power to energise when you feel drained, to calm when you feel stressed, and to mend when you feel broken.
I seek to offer a variety of class types in the hope that there will be something for everyone, no matter your stage of life or state of body.

This 30 minute class is an introduction to the invigorating sun salutations. We begin the class with a short series of integrating poses to settle into our body and arrive onto the mat, before moving into a slow Sun Salutation A (with modifications offered). This is then followed by a modified Sun Salutation B. The class ends with a surprise challenge!
An energetic sequence of poses which flow from one to the next to create a rhythmic vinyasa as breath and body move together. This class is designed to increase the heart rate, create heat within the body, and build strength, flexibility and balance.
Variations to poses will be given, making these classes accessible to all, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and allowing you to decide what level of challenge your body needs. Expect encouragement to move with and towards resistance, whilst keeping awareness of your physical limits.
‘Root down to rise up!’ We all need to start somewhere, and where better than with our foundations. Perfect for complete beginners and experienced yogis alike, these classes will take you through a grounding flow, breaking down each pose to emphasise safe and strong alignment.
A slower-paced, mindful sequence of simple poses with the guidance you need to master the basics and start to synchronise your breath with movement. An encouraging, safe space to build confidence, increase competence and give yoga a go.
A gentle, flowing sequence of mindful postures, accessible to all, which encourage increased bodily awareness and a focus on breath. This slower moving class is designed to balance, open, release and restore.
Relax into the rhythm of your breath, listen to the needs of your body, and focus your mind on the present moment. A wonderful way to let go of the stresses of daily life, and to release any physical and emotional tensions stored in the body.
Begin with the energy and movement of a dynamic 45 minute Power Flow designed to awaken, challenge and strengthen the body. After exertion comes rest and stillness. Allow yourself to be guided through a seated meditation in order to settle the mind and cultivate a sense of clarity and inner calm which you can take with you off the mat and into your day.
Yoga is an excellent cross-training tool that can help improve performance in all sports by stretching tightened muscles, improving flexibility and core strength, controlling the breath, and increasing mental focus and self-belief. It is undoubtedly a great addition to your sport, fitness or gym routine.Read more
This class is for all runners, cyclists, rowers, weightlifters, tennis players, golfers… the list goes on! It is aimed at all levels and is suitable for beginners – you do not have to be super-flexible to join in! We will start with a simple dynamic flow to bring movement to the body, increasing strength and balance, before turning our focus to the core. The latter part of the class will be dedicated to easing into deep stretches to allow stiff bodies to open up gradually.
Expect to be guided through a targeted flow, with adapted postures and variations given to allow tight and stiff bodies more access. As always, the invitation will be simply to explore and feel into the poses, bringing awareness into the body, and dropping the need to have to look a certain way.
After flowing through a gentle, 30 minute restorative sequence, sink into the deeply relaxing, effortless practice of Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra, or ‘yogic sleep’ is a form of guided meditation which turns our attention inwards to a place of peace, healing and self-awareness. It is practised in a position of physical stillness, either lying or seated.Read more
You will be guided into a state between waking and dreaming, in which your nervous system is calm and stress is reduced. The practice builds a deeper connection between mind and body, and an increased emotional awareness. It is said to be just as restorative as sleep.
Private classes are all about you. They are the perfect space for us to work together to ensure that your yoga practice meets your needs from session to session. Whether you are a complete newcomer and intrigued to dive deeper and learn more, or a seasoned yogi looking to develop a particular element of your practice, a private class offers you a safe space in which to explore and tailor your yoga experience, confident in the knowledge that I’ve got your back every step of the way.
